C’est un tournant majeur.  La cour d’appel de Paris a annulé, jeudi 17 juin, une expertise psychiatrique. 

Le docteur Daniel Zagury avait rencontré les plaignantes sans autorisation et il n’a pas répondu à la question la plus importante du mandat d’expertise.

“L’expert a commis un abus de pouvoir qui a été sanctionné, c’est la juste application de la loi », Philippe Ohayon, un des conseils de Tariq Ramadan.

La Chambre de l’instruction de la Cour d’Appel de Paris a mis un arrêt à une instruction à charge.

Espérons que les juges décident désormais de revenir au droit, et rien qu’au droit.

It is a major turning point in this case. On Thursday, June 17, the Paris Court of Appeal annulled a psychiatric expertise.

Dr. Daniel Zagury had met with the plaintiffs without authorization and did not answer the most important question of the expert's mandate.

"The expert committed an abuse of power that has been sanctioned. This is a fair application of the law," said Philippe Ohayon, one of Tariq Ramadan's lawyers. 

The Investigating Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal has put a stop to the investigation against Tariq Ramadan. 

Let's hope that the judges now decide to return to the law, and nothing but the law.
