La Paix soit sur vous,

Après 9 mois et demi d’emprisonnement, j’ai été remis en liberté vendredi 16 novembre 2018.

Je suis innocent de toutes les accusations portées à mon égard et je continuerai à me battre pour défendre ma dignité et mon honneur. Les éléments du dossier, autant que la façon avec laquelle l’instruction a été menée, confirment que j’ai été maintenu en prison pour des raisons politiques.

Je tiens à remercier ma famille pour son soutien indéfectible ainsi que mon avocat, Me Emmanuel Marsigny, pour sa gestion du dossier. Ma profonde gratitude va également à toutes celles et tous ceux qui, à travers le monde, ont manifesté leur soutien avec beaucoup de générosité, de patience et de courage, malgré le lynchage médiatique, les insultes et les menaces. Merci à tous, du fond du cœur. Votre présence m’a donné de la force.

Ma maladie nécessite des soins qui étaient incompatibles avec l’incarcération. Ma santé s’est tellement détériorée durant la détention que je suis désormais dans l’obligation de suivre un lourd traitement. Il faudra du temps, in sha Allah.

Comme je l’ai fait il y a un an déjà, avant ma détention, je vous réitère ma demande d’éviter les commentaires injurieux, les insultes et les menaces à l’égard des plaignantes et de ceux qui les soutiennent. Le droit et la justice l’emporteront face à la calomnie et aux mensonges sans que nous ayons besoin d’y perdre notre calme et notre sérénité.

Je remercie Dieu de m’avoir donné la patience et la force de traverser cette épreuve et de m’offrir le courage de poursuivre ce combat pour l’innocence et la manifestation de la vérité.

J’ai une pensée pour tous les innocents et les malades qui sont victimes d’injustice, qui ne bénéficient pas de soins appropriés, et qui sont oubliés en prison.

Peace be upon you,

After nine and a half months of imprisonment, I was released on Friday, November 16, 2018.

I am innocent of all charges against me and will keep on fighting for my dignity and honor.

The elements of the case, as well as the manner in which the investigation was conducted confirm that I was kept in prison for political reasons.

I would like to thank my family for their unwavering support and my lawyer, Emmanuel Marsigny, for his handling of the case.

My deep gratitude also goes to all those around the world who have shown their support with great generosity, patience and courage, despite the media lynching, the insults and threats.

Thanks to all of you, from the bottom of my heart. Your presence has given me strength.

My illness requires medical care that was incompatible with incarceration. My health condition deteriorated so much during detention that I am now under intense medical treatment. It will take time, Insha’Allah.

As I did a year ago prior to my detention, I reiterate my request to avoid insults and threats against the plaintiffs and those who support them.

The law and justice will prevail against slander and lies, without having to lose our calm and serenity.

I thank God for giving me the patience and the strength to cope with this ordeal and for granting me the courage to continue this fight to clear my name and for the manifestation of the truth.

I also have a particular thought for all those incarcerated who are innocent and ill, who are victims of injustice, not receiving proper care and are forgotten in prison.

بعد 9 أشهر ونصف من السجن ، أطلق سراحي يوم الجمعة 16 نوفمبر 2018.

أنا بريء من جميع التهم الموجهة إليّ، وسأواصل الكفاح من أجل كرامتي وشرفي. إن عناصر الملف ، وكذلك الطريقة التي أُجريت بها التحقيقات ، تؤكد أنه تم الإبقاء علي في السجن لأسباب سياسية.

...أود أن أشكر عائلتي على دعمهم الراسخ وأشكر المحامي ، إيمانويل مارسينيي ، على إدارة الملف. كما أعرب عن امتناني العميق، للمتعاطفين من جميع أنحاء العالم، والذين أبانوا عن دعمهم بكرم كبير وصبر وشجاعة ، على الرغم من حملات التشهير الإعلامية، والإهانات، والتهديدات. شكرا لكم جميعا ، من أعماق قلبي. وجودكم منحني القوة.

يتطلب مرضي علاجات غير متوافقة مع اعتقالي في السجن. لقد تدهورت صحتي كثيراً خلال فترة الاحتجاز، لدرجة أنني أصبحت الآن مجبرا على اتباع علاج مكثف، والذي سيستغرق بعض الوقت، إن شاء الله.
وكما قلت قبل عام ، وقبل اعتقالي ، أكرر طلبي بتجنب التعليقات المهينة، والشتائم والتهديدات الموجهة ضد المشتكيات ومن يدعمونهن. سيظهر الحق والعدالة ضد الافتراءات والأكاذيب، دون أن تفقدنا هدوءنا وسكوننا.

أحمد الله تعالى على ما منحني من صبر وقوة من أجل تجاوز هذه المحنة، وما منحني من شجاعة لمواصلة هذه المعركة من أجل البراءة وإظهار الحقيقة.
تضامني مع جميع الأبرياء والمرضى ضحايا الظلم، والمنسيين في السجون، والذين لا يتلقون الرعاية المناسبة.
