HENDA AYARI REVIENT SUR LA DATE ET LE LIEU DES FAIT Une semaine après que les juges ont rejeté la demande de remise en liberté du théologien musulman Tariq Ramadan accusé de viols, la première plaignante fait évoluer sa version des faits par rapport à ses premières accusations à l’automne, révèle franceinfo mardi 29 mai. L’ancienne salafiste, devenue militante féministe, Henda Ayari, 41 ans, a été réentendue la semaine dernière par les juges. Elle décrit toujours un viol dans des conditions terribles, mais il ne se serait plus déroulé à la date ni à l’endroit qu’elle avait indiqué dans sa plainte initiale. Henda Ayari et Tariq Ramadan sont d’accord sur une seule chose : ils ne se sont rencontrés qu’une fois. Pour le théologien c’était bref et sans rapprochement particulier au parc des expositions du Bourget, après une de ses conférences. Pour Henda Ayari - la première des trois femmes à avoir porté plainte pour viol en France contre l’islamologue - c’était un soir dans un hôtel parisien et cela a tourné au viol avec gifle, morsure, crachat et étranglement, a-t-elle précisé la semaine dernière aux juges. Mais, si dans sa plainte d’octobre 2017, elle datait les faits à fin mars-début avril 2012 et les situait à l’hôtel Holiday Inn de la gare de l’Est, elle a fait évoluer la semaine dernière sa version des faits. LE CROWN PLAZA ET NON PLUS L'HOLIDAY INN Après avoir fouillé longuement dans ses notes, agendas, répertoires, relevés de comptes et talons de chèques de l’époque, elle évoque finalement plutôt un viol le 26 mai 2012, deux mois après la date d'abord énoncée. De plus, elle le situe désormais à l’hôtel Crown Plaza, place de la République, dans le 11e arrondissement de la capitale. Une inconstance dans ses déclarations qui irrite l’avocat de Tariq Ramadan. "Quand on a été violée, on se souvient généralement du lieu !", s'insurge Me Emmanuel Marsigny, qui a repris la défense de l’islamologue il y a près de deux mois après que le théologien musulman, assurée auparavant par Me Yassine Bouzrou. HENDA AYARI SORT UN DEUXIÈME LIVRE "On change d’hôtel, on change de date, bientôt on changera aussi d’auteur des faits, s’agace Me Marsigny. Tout ceci n’est pas sérieux. Ce qui est dramatique, c’est que mon client est maintenu en détention au motif précisément que des vérifications auraient été faites pour crédibiliser les accusations." Je n’attends qu’une chose, c’est que la justice ouvre les yeux et en tire les conséquences", poursuit l'avocat. Sollicité par franceinfo, le principal avocat d'Henda Ayari n’a pas donné suite pour le moment. Pour la première fois depuis son incarcération il y a quatre mois, Tariq Ramadan doit être réentendu par les juges mardi 5 juin. Le lendemain, le 6 juin, Henda Ayari doit publier son second livre, Plus jamais voilée, plus jamais violée (éd. L’Observatoire). UNE NOUVELLE DEMANDE DE REMISE EN LIBERTÉ Dénonçant les "incohérences et mensonges" des trois plaignantes, l’avocat du théologien musulman envisage sérieusement - après l'audition de son client - de formuler assez vite une nouvelle demande de remise en liberté. La dernière a été rejetée le 22 mai par la chambre d’instruction de la cour d’appel de Paris. For Henda Ayari - the first of three women to have lodged a complaint for rape in France against the Islamologist - it was one night in a Parisian hotel and it turned into rape with a slap, bite, spitting and strangling, she told the judges last week. But, if in her complaint of October 2017, she dated the facts at the end of March-beginning of April 2012 and situated them at the Holiday Inn hotel of Gare-de-l’East, last week she modified her last version of the facts. THE CROWN PLAZA AND NO LONGER THE HOLIDAY INN After digging extensively in her notes, diaries, directories, account statements and check stubs of that time, she finally evokes rape on May 26, 2012, two months after the date first stated. In addition, the location is now at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Place de la République, in the 11th arrondissement of the capital.
