However, serious doubts and allegations have been raised regarding the circumstances of her demise.Former RAW officer N.K. Sood publicly stated that Sridevi’s death may have been a murder orchestrated through underground networks with alleged Bollywood connections.The incident occurred on foreign soil, making it subject to international treaties, customs, and bilateral agreements between India and the UAE. Despite this, no transparent inquiry was conducted to address public concerns.
4.The nation was presented with selective stories and images from Dubai, but no comprehensive investigation was made accessible to the public.
5.Similar to the case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, public sentiment strongly demands clarity, accountability, and justice.
Grounds Violation of Fundamental Rights:
The right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution includes the right to truth and justice. Suppression of facts violates this principle.
Failure of Investigation:
Authorities failed to conduct a thorough inquiry despite serious allegations of conspiracy.
International Obligations:
India has bilateral treaties and MOUs with UAE regarding criminal cooperation, which require compliance and proper investigation.
Public Interest:
The matter concerns national security, public trust, and transparency in high-profile cases.

:Direct the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to take cognizance of the matter and conduct a thorough investigation into the death of Sridevi.
Order the Ministry of Home Affairs to ensure compliance with international treaties and cooperation with UAE authorities in the investigation.
Constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the supervision of this Hon’ble Court to ensure impartiality and transparency.
Direct that the findings of the investigation be made available to the public to restore faith in the justice system.Pass any other order fit in the interest of justice.
