Hi everyone, just wanted to give a quick update!

My heart is so full seeing that over 200 people are already supporting Socks and standing with us to demand accountability and real change to safety reforms at BluePearl.

Since her passing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, BluePearl has yet to take true accountability or implement meaningful changes, but they are most definitely feeling Socks' impact! They have deactivated/deleted their Instagram profile, and my Google review warning other pet owners was removed for the second time. On top of that, Socks' Nextdoor profile was unfortunately suspended yesterday.

I refuse to allow setbacks like these to silence my Snowbaby, erase her memory, or make us lose hope. I have just posted a new video clarifying any questions anyone may have.  Fortunately, so many incredible supporters have taken the time to share her story, post videos, and spread the word across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. Your love and encouragement mean more to me than I am able to ever express.

As Socks' story reaches more people, so many pet owners have been coming forward with their own heartbreaking, negative experiences with BluePearl. Hearing how widespread this is sickening, but it has made me even more determined to demand change. I am actively collecting as many stories and details as possible as I look into a potential class-action lawsuit. If you have a story to share, or if you see or hear about anyone else with a similar experience, please send them my way on TikTok or Instagram so we can gather everything together.

Every share, signature, and story brings us one step closer to ensuring no other family has to endure this heartbreak. We are keeping the pressure on, and together, we are going to make sure Socks leaves behind a legacy of real change and protection for every animal that comes after her. She will save other babies! #justiceforsocks

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for loving Socks and fighting for her.  Socks deserved so much more - she was the absolute best baby anyone could have. I miss my little "pillow pet" and "stuffed animal;" she was so sweet and cuddly. Please keep sharing and supporting her story!
