Montreal SPCA thinks death is the answer for a neurodivergent dog in an inappropriate environment

Sky was perfectly healthy and was in sensory overload.  He was neurodivergent and killed rather than be moved to a sensory friendly environment.  Read carefully; there were placements, it's just the @spcamontreal refused to send him there due to "public safety" and "humane" concerns.  Public safety and humane problems that came from a disregulated environment, rather than anything wrong with him.  This is similar to track 2 MAiD in humans, where people with disabilities are killed instead of changing the environment to accommodate.  This is in stark contrast to their inclusion policies. Turns out they are speciesist as this only applies to humans.
