Answer from SPCA. Sky was killed before his evaluation!

Hello Nicole,

A dog that is considered potentially dangerous can be transfer to a rescue or adopted out but a dog waiting to be evaluated can’t move from the place that he is unless he doesn’t have an owner, he has to be transferred to the city shelter.

We were have guardianship of the dog so we are his ‘’owner’’ since he was surrender to us.  We can not adopt or transfer (except to Proanima) as he was waiting for his evaluation.
