I’ve held this anger in for weeks after i noticed a new injury in the picture that I took of him at the funeral home, out of love and dignity for my son…
But now it’s time.
Shawn’s nose was fractured.
His head was visibly swollen.
Lacerations on his skin.
There was blood pooled behind his head and coming from his mouth when EMS found him.
And not one official account has explained how that happened.
Let me be clear:
An autopsy does not require the nose to be broken.
It is not standard procedure. There is no reason to fracture the face unless there was blunt force trauma—trauma that no one is admitting to.
And they thought I wouldn’t notice.
But I have the photo. I see the truth.
And I’ve seen enough to know: my son did not die of just fentanyl.
📵 THEY ARE ACTIVELY SILENCING ME
I’ve tried to speak out on every platform:
On TikTok, my pinned video was frozen at 3 views. Bots spam my comments the moment I tag officials.
On NewsBreak, my first videos got 800 views. Then suddenly—my account was flagged. Now I’m “under review,” and nobody can comment or even see my content.
On X (Twitter), I can’t tag any of the names involved. My posts won’t upload if I mention them.
Why would they be trying this hard to silence me…
If I wasn’t telling the truth?
💬 THE COMMENTS THAT HAUNT ME
People have the nerve to say:
“Go sue the one who gave him the pills. It’s not Job Corps’ fault.”
Except no one ever told me who gave him the pills.
No roommate names. No arrests. No justice.
Another comment said:
“No one wants to deal with a mother who can’t accept the evidence.”
But what evidence do I even have?
Delayed reports. No surveillance. And now, a photo of a fractured nose and head trauma with no explanation.
I am the evidence.
I’m his mother.
⏳ TIMELINE TRUTH: HOW LONG WAS HE LEFT THERE?
Let’s look at the facts:
EMS was dispatched at 6:10 a.m.
Arrived at 6:21 a.m.
Didn’t begin advanced life support until 6:26 a.m.
No defibrillator (AED) was used.
Meanwhile, EMS noted that Shawn had blood coming from his mouth and pooling at the head.
The toxicology, police, and autopsy reports all have conflicting timelines.
The death certificate STILL hasn’t been sent to me.
Why?

We’ve also uncovered:
A former RA at the same Pittsburgh Job Corps who was found dead on campus around the same time. The lawsuit he filed is still hidden from the public.
A pattern of fentanyl-related deaths across other Job Corps campuses, all swept under the rug.
Platforms like Reddit suddenly changing their posting rules to stop people from sharing Job Corps horror stories.
Insurance policies that protect these centers financially, including possible payouts when students die on-site.
Who is profiting from this silence?
🧾 DOJ & LAW FIRM UPDATES
The Department of Justice (DOJ) responded to my FOIA request—they’re asking for my address to send over documents.
The Cochran Law Firm and Hillard Law Firm both denied my case—despite clear evidence of negligence, trauma, and institutional cover-up.
But I’m not backing down.
I’m getting stronger.
🛑 THIS IS A COVER-UP. PERIOD.
Stephanie Ballard told me Shawn was “found unresponsive.” When I called back, she refused to use that language again. Why?
Detective Fallert still has my son’s phone and never gave it back.
The funeral home director, Gary Ball, claimed he saw the death certificate signed twice within 48 hours of Shawn’s death—before I even received it.
