Here's the latest statement from FBI spokesperson Shelley Lynch

" No federal arrests have been made in the Shanquella Robinson case, and that would include another agency making an arrest on our behalf."

Basically, there have been no arrests at all for the Shanquella Robinson case, and the investigation is still ongoing. The case is still open. Don't listen to people stating that the case was closed.
