The film has made earnings of around Rs.220.61+ crores from 9th February, 2024 when the film was released, till 20th August, 2025 and the author Priya has barely received around Rs. 325 or even less, as royalty from Amazon, from 3rd June, 2019 when the book was first published on Amazon as a paperback; till date.
