If you look up Jerel Brown (Hazelton, BC) on justice.gov.bc.ca you will see Jerel’s more recent charges and court dates. He was charged with assault since not being charged with murder (by Crown Council). We are still fighting Crowns decision. We will keep fighting for justice for our boy. We will be utilizing the petition and the 19,00+ signatures to city hall (terrace), the local MLA, regional crown, our local indigenous leaders and the media. 
Please continue to share and help us get more signatures. Anyone can see how wrong this really is. Our family has been going through hell, Jerel amd his family have been taunting us and this feels like an uphill battle BUT, we will not give up. Sebastian deserves better.
