After multiple delays, the trial of the man accused of torturing Puppy Doe will finally begin on August 1, 2017. The start date will mark nearly four years since Kiya, who later became known as “Puppy Doe,” was found near death in the Quincy Massachusetts park next to the house where she was held captive.
