Change The Laws

The dog who killed Pearl was put to sleep voluntarily by the owners. The law would have taken months to have the dog destroyed. The laws also allowed this violent animal to continue to be a menace to people and other animals.

This petition is now focused on changing the outdated laws that currently allow dangerous animals to continue to be a menace to innocent people and animals.
