Anne Yeager Gibbs has waived the Preliminary Hearing scheduled for October 3, 2023. The case will go to the Court of Pleas in Northumberland, PA, scheduled currently for October 30, 2023.

K9 Hero Haven still has over 50 retired working dogs at their premises. 50+ dogs exposed to the elements. 50+ dogs living in unsanitary conditions, living on top of years of accumulated urine and feces. 50+ dogs in inadequately small kennel evironments. 50+ dogs still neglected. Ms. Gibbs claims she is the victim of what she calls a hate committee and the charges are all lies.

We all know that failing state kennel inspections for years, having dogs seized (by a licensed Veterinarian, btw) in dire need of veterinary medical care, amd having 40 charges of criminal animal neglect are not caused by her imagined hate committee. These are criminal charges lodged by animal professionals because of her failure to care for these retired working dogs according to the basic laws of animal care. The photos are real. The videos are real. There is no one out to "get" K9 Hero Haven. In contrast, there are MANY dedicated people who want Anne Yeager Gibbs to be held responsible for her crimes against these American hero dogs. The facts are that these dogs have experienced years of neglect as evidenced in failed state kennel reports made public : http://www.pda.pa.gov/PADogLawPublicKennelInspectionSearch/KennelInspections/Details/14799?fbclid=IwAR2zhxMnpIMu6FPRkeP7MjoJgtsVk6rfwdnkhmPgysttwEhpMGKp212jGPg

Please sign and share and help the retired working dogs left at K9 Hero Haven. Let's make sure that they receive the retirement deserving of an American hero dog.
