So I’ve got to move home through no fault of my own my landlord has issued a section 21 no fault eviction. I’ve fought it in court for over a year but ultimately he wants his home back and I’m devastated i have to leave our home but more importantly Euans bedroom I feel I’m leaving him behind because I only have bedrooms for the other 3 children which is killing me. Feel so guilty 

I had to try and sort Euans room snd found evidence I believe to be from 1st sept 2020. I called Police straight away to collect it only to be told ‘nearly 3 years has passed so it won’t matter’

What part of its an “Open verdict” and Police lost other evidence do they not understand. They have failed TWICE on both investigations and still can’t be arsed. How can I life gone, my beautiful son’s life and for no apparent reason not be priority or important enough for them to be arsed to collect in an evidence bag? How can it not matter?
