So a month ago I was told by a sergeant Andy Davies that Detective Henderson had sent him an Email to say that “it was the Paramedics that moved the furniture before photographing”. I asked Sergeant Andy Davies to forward me the Email as I know 100 % that the Paramedics didn’t even enter my sons room and he refused stating that “he felt he was in the middle as Detective Henderson is his senior” I told him that was ridiculous and if he has an email blaming the paramedics I am entitled to see it. He still refused. I’ve now had to sent off a SARS request to Northwest ambulance service for the paramedics witness statements. Detective Henderson was asked to call me but I’m still waiting!!! I have 10 more days to wait for a response from Northwest Ambulance service. Im so angry why I have to now do this and why I can’t have the Email. Shows that the Police protect one another because when I said I know the paramedics didn’t move the furniture that was when I was told I couldn’t have it ( a sergeant worrying about his job I suspect and protecting his senior) . Police protect their own before justice and peace for families �
