This year will mark 10 years since the senseless killing of my sister Miriam Carey at the hands of careless law enforcement in Washington DC.  It is past time for transparency and accountability.  I am bringing this petition forth to the current A.G. Merrick Garland in hopes that justice will finally be served for Miriam Carey.
