It is horrible that the real truth of Marilyn’s death will never be told since the only two people alive won’t tell the truth. Whatever happened to the Monroe file? According to Lt. Marion Philips, in 1962 Chief Parker took the file to show someone in Washington. That was the last anyone knew of the file. Joe Hyams, a reporter, stated he tried to obtain Monroe’s phone records. The tapes disappeared. They were impounded by men in dark suits and well-shined shoes. Is this true? It was said that “it was Captain James Hamilton…who confiscated Marilyn Monroe’s phone records, and it was Captain James Hamilton who directed the cover-up of information relating to the circumstances of Marilyn Monroe’s death.” The first LAPD officer, Sgt. Jack Clemmons was the first who arrived at the scene. He has gone on record many times over the years that he believes that Marilyn was murdered. Many other detectives have said the same, but no murder charges were ever filed. Why? Is any of this true? I found out you wrote a book, Supervision of Police Personnel. Did you mention anything about how to protect high profile people from murder? I was a fool to think you would talk to me. I can only go by what I found out as an investigator and do the best I can with the facts. The fact is you were there and you know what happened. I just hope that you didn’t take part in her murder or get money for it. We know that you did get that promotion at the expense of Marilyn Monroe’s murder. We all want to know the truth. Let me rephrase that. We do know the truth. I think we just want confirmation from someone who was there. Why not make that person (s) responsible? Why let Marilyn’s reputation be scored through the rest of history? Some of the books state you were Marilyn’s residence around 11:45 P.M. (before anyone was officially dispatched.) It is even said that you were present in the home when Dr. Greenson injected Marilyn with the fatal heart needle. Is this really true? If so, how can you allow yourself to die with this secret? Well, maybe you have resolved this with God. It’s not my place to judge, but I am not a person who would want to leave this world with people thinking I was a part of anything like this. I know that you were later promoted to Chief of Police in Beverly Hills. I am a Private Investigator who works for justice every day. I work like you did to stop and prevent crime, but I have NEVER done anything against what I stand for. Everything I believed in our country and our judicial system has failed me in this case. There is so much corruption in our police, state, government and even our President. That is what hurts me the most. It’s so sad to see a lost woman like Marilyn who became a victim her whole life. Everything I believed in is not at all what I knew. Marilyn never had that. Please Mr. Iannone tell me that Marilyn was murdered and she did not commit suicide. There is so much evidence that proves murder. I know Dr. Greenson put that needle in her heart? Don’t take this secret with you to the grave. Let Marilyn Monroe have the last word. It's time for Marilyn to be heard!
