Am 02.02.2022 wurde der Belgische Tik Toker Luca Pisciotto ( Luca_Itvai) von dem Ex Freund der Mutter Madeline Source mit 5 Messerstichen getötet. Herr Randazzo versuchte am besagten Tag Frau Sorce umzubringen.

Da Luca und Herr Randazzo in der selben Firma arbeiteten und dieser an dem Tag nicht zu Arbeit erschienen ist, spürte Luca das etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Er verließ die Arbeit um nach seiner Mutter zu schauen, versuchte sie vergebens telefonisch zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg nach Hause alarmierte er die Polizei.

 

Zu Hause angekommen war die Mutter schon in Sicherheit und Luca traf auf Herrn Randazzo. Nach einem Streitgespräch zückte Herr Randazzo sein Messer und stach 5 mal auf Luca ein. Die Alarmierten Sanitäter konnten Lucas Leben nicht mehr retten. 

 

Herr Randazzo stellte sich am Abend der Polizei und saß bis zum 03.08.2023 in der Untersuchungshaft

 

Herr Randazzo war vorher der Justiz schon bekannt, auf Grund mehrfacher Belästigung der Familie gegenüber.

Comme Luca et M. Randazzo travaillaient dans la même entreprise et que ce dernier ne s'est pas présenté au travail ce jour-là, Luca a senti que quelque chose n'allait pas. Il a quitté le travail pour aller voir sa mère et a essayé en vain de la joindre par téléphone. En rentrant chez lui, il a alerté la police.

Arrivé à la maison, sa mère était déjà en sécurité et Luca a rencontré Monsieur Randazzo. Après une discussion, M. Randazzo a sorti son couteau et a poignardé Luca à cinq reprises. Les ambulanciers alertés n'ont pas pu sauver la vie de Luca.

 

M. Randazzo s'est rendu à la police le soir même et a été placé en détention provisoire jusqu'au 3 août 2023.

 

M. Randazzo était déjà connu de la justice pour avoir harcelé sa famille à plusieurs rep

Poiché Luca e il signor Randazzo lavoravano nella stessa azienda e il signor Randazzo non si è presentato al lavoro quel giorno, Luca ha intuito che qualcosa non andava. Uscì dal lavoro per cercare la madre, cercando invano di contattarla telefonicamente. Mentre tornava a casa, ha avvertito la polizia.

Quando arrivò a casa, sua madre era già al sicuro e Luca incontrò il signor Randazzo. Dopo una discussione, il signor Randazzo ha tirato fuori il suo coltello e ha accoltellato Luca 5 volte. I paramedici allertati non sono riusciti a salvare la vita di Luca.

 

Il signor Randazzo si è costituito alla polizia la sera stessa ed è stato trattenuto in custodia fino al 3 agosto 2023.

 

Il signor Randazzo era già noto alla giustizia per le ripetute molestie subite dalla famiglia.

On 02.02.2022, the Belgian Tik Toker Luca Pisciotto ( Luca_Itvai) was killed by the ex-boyfriend of the mother Madeline Source with 5 knife stabs. Mr Randazzo tried to kill Ms Sorce on the same day.

 

As Luca and Mr Randazzo worked in the same company and Mr Randazzo did not turn up for work that day, Luca sensed that something was wrong. He left work to look for his mother, trying in vain to reach her by phone. On his way home, he alerted the police.

When he arrived home, his mother was already safe and Luca met Mr Randazzo. After an argument, Mr Randazzo pulled out his knife and stabbed Luca 5 times. The paramedics who were alerted were unable to save Luca's life.

 

Mr Randazzo turned himself in to the police that evening and was held in custody until 3 August 2023.

 

Mr Randazzo was already known to the justice system because of repeated harassment of the family.

Herr Randazzo durfte am 03.08.2023 unter der Auflage einer elektronischen Fussfessel die Untersuchungshaft bis zum Prozess ( Der Termin ist noch nicht bekannt) verlassen. 

 

Wir wünschen uns das diese Entscheidung rückgängig gemacht wird und Herr Randazzo bis zum Prozess wieder in der Untersuchungshaft sitzt denn die Familie um Luca Pisciotto muss endlich zu Ruhe kommen.

M. Randazzo a été autorisé à quitter la détention provisoire le 03.08.2023 sous condition de porter un bracelet électronique jusqu'au procès ( La date n'est pas encore connue).

 

Nous souhaitons que cette décision soit annulée et que M. Randazzo soit à nouveau en détention provisoire jusqu'au procès, car la famille de Luca Pisciotto doit enfin retrouver la paix.

Il sig. Randazzo è stato autorizzato a lasciare la custodia cautelare il 03.08.2023 sotto la condizione di un braccialetto elettronico alla caviglia fino al processo (la data non è ancora nota).

 

Ci auguriamo che questa decisione venga ribaltata e che il signor Randazzo sia nuovamente sottoposto a custodia cautelare fino al processo, perché la famiglia di Luca Pisciotto deve finalmente trovare pace.

Mr Randazzo was allowed to leave pre-trial detention on 03.08.2023 under the condition of an electronic ankle bracelet until the trial ( The date is not yet known).

 

We hope that this decision will be reversed and that Mr Randazzo will be remanded in custody again until the trial, because the family around Luca Pisciotto must finally come to rest.
