Ridgeways security convergence centre was inaugurated by the Garden Estate Ridgeways Residents Association (GARRA) on 9th February in an effort to improve local security. The centre is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, a booking centre, and water for the convenience of the officers stationed at the convergence centre. 

According to Kamau Maina, the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) for Kasarani, said that the station will be used to reduce the level of insecurity in the area.
