Friends- Our petition has been circulated to members of the press, the media and the appropriate Government officials but there is still to time to increase our leverage by doubling down on our efforts to maximize our voice by gaining more signatures. Please continue to forward and post as the petition numbers are updated in real time and therefore will reflect the increased activity when viewed. Below is an update on the hearing for the attackers of Joey Borgan.

On Thursday, March 9th at 9:30 A.M., there will be a hearing at NYS Supreme Court, 100 Centre Street, Part 62, Room 1111, for four of the attackers who nearly killed Joey Borgen: Waseem Awawdeh, Mahmoud Musa, Faisal Elezzi, and Mohammed Othman. We MUST try to fill the courtroom that day. Our presence INSIDE the courtroom is much more valuable than our presence outside and our  concerns were acknowledged by the judge, the defense lawyers, and the D.A.'s representative at our previous appearances. If you cannot be in the courtroom on Thursday, please call D.A. Alvin Bragg at 212-335-9000 and tell him:

"We are part of a contingent of several thousand people who are concerned with the leniency shown to Waseem Awawdeh. It is urgent that you prosecute all of the perpetrators  of anti-Semitic crimes to the fullest extent of the law to send a clear message to others who intend to wage vicious, horrific, and murderous attacks against Jewish people."
