January 13, 2018, marked the 800th day Ibrahim has been in prison. 800 days of not seeing his wife or children, 800 days since he received a hug from another human being, 800 days of sleeping in a 8'x6' cement cell, 800 days of eating food that is only fit for a dog, 800 days since he last attended a masjid/mosque. However, it's been 800 days of constant dua/prayer, 800 days of hope surviving, 800 days of dreaming about his family. Hopes survives, y'all, because that is one thing no one can ever erase from your heart. It has now been more than 2 months since our last petition for bond and the judge still has not issued a response. He said he would issue a response as soon as possible. A few days, in fact. We fell for it. For a split second we thought justice actually existed. What a farce. Share this post. Tell everyone you know 800 days without trial is oppression, it's persecution. Allah/God promises the dua/prayer of the oppressed is always answered. We await His swift justice.
