After 400 complaints, BC COS decides to leave a mom bear alone in Cowichan after a dog attack

Thank you to the 400+ people who have been phoning in and complaining about the bear killing.  Today, after off leash dogs attacked a mother black bear and her cubs, causing the dog's guardian to get bit, the BCCOS decided to leave the bears alone.  Our complaints are working! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DCSy8aK9f/
