• It has been reported that the CEO of UVA Hospital has resigned due to internal investigations. It is important to note that these investigations are, at this point, unrelated to Faith Johnson's case.

• The Johnson family continues to have serious concerns about the care Faith Johnson received at UVA Hospital. They believe there may have been instances of malpractice or negligence, particularly regarding the delayed discovery of internal bleeding.
• The family has expressed concerns, that the internal bleeding was not found, until blood was coming from Faith Johnson’s mouth, and CPR was attempted. 

Context: 

• While the CEO's resignation is unrelated to Faith Johnson’s case, it does raise questions about the internal environment and oversight at UVA Hospital. 

We feel it is important to share all information that may provide context to Faith Johnson’s passing.
