This is the babysitter who did not attend to Ellie's needs, she neglected Ellie by leaving her in a car seat in the house for too long while taking care of her own needs and abandoning her for at least 45 minutes unattended in the home. Melisa Rae left Ellie alone, by herself, in a car seat, in the house. 

We're not too sure how this seemed like a reasonable way to treat a young baby. How could someone just leave her in a car seat (not properly buckled) and leave her unattended for such a long time. She wasn't a fussy baby and she would tell you when she needed something, this was pure neglect by Melisa Rae.
