We’ve hit a huge milestone: 497 signatures! That’s halfway to 1,000, and if you’re wondering what 1,000 signatures represents -- it’s not just a number. It’s 1,000 voices refusing to be silenced, 1,000 people demanding truth, accountability, and action for the DES-exposed and the generations impacted.

But here's the thing: 1,000 signatures is just the visible part of the iceberg. Each signer might represent a whole family or community affected -- so 1,000 signatures could mean 10,000+ impacted lives. It’s enough to catch the eye of the media, stir action, and send a clear message to policymakers: we’re here, we’re informed, and we’re not backing down.

We owe it to ourselves -- and to the DES Third Generation and beyond—to get the answers we’ve been denied for far too long. This isn’t just a medical mystery; it’s a buried public health crisis.

And here’s the kicker: we’re the canaries in the coalmine. What happened with DES is now happening on a larger scale with endocrine disruptors and hormone-mimicking chemicals lurking in our food, water, and everyday products. If the world doesn’t wake up, the damage will continue.

Raising awareness is how we light the fire. An official apology and the restoration of the DES Follow-Up Study would send a powerful message that this matters. That we matter.
