Good morning to all of you who we are very grateful for your support for Danny. We have made a tremendous amount of progress since our last update. 

First update is Thomas Shultz, as part of a plea deal, had been sentenced by Judge Jeff Harris to 30 days of shock detention, a boot camp-style program, in jail commencing immediately. This is the first individual who is accountable for what happened. 

Secondly we have a bill with the legislature pending a vote called “Danny’s Law.” Danny’s Law which is house bill 240 would repeal section 578.364 would lift the repercussions of reporting somebody was so intoxicated that needed medical attention. The Santulli family strongly believes that of 911 was called the precious time would’ve helped Danny if this bill is passed, it could help other people.

Right now the bill is stuck in the house not because of opposition, but because of backlog of other bills.
