Please help Debbie Heater raise money for upcoming legal fees in getting justice for her daughter, Courtney Heater. Debbie has sought out an attorney to get justice for Courtney. Unfortunately, Debbie has had to hire out private investigators & an attorney to do the job Columbus County, NC. refuses to do. Any donations would be greatly appreciated! <3
