It has been a few days since our last update. Please don't mistake silence for a lack of action. While INDOT has attempted to close the book by citing "design standards" and a "limited crash history," we know the truth that the data doesn't show: SR 163 is a hazard to our families, and our children are paying the price. Where we stand right now: • The Bureaucracy: We are being pushed from office to office, but we are not backing down. We are officially demanding a second, independent engineering audit of the site. • Taking it to the City: Tonight, we are bringing our 2,100+ voices directly to the Clinton City Council. We are asking our local leaders to stand with us and formally pressure the state to stop ignoring this stretch of road. • The "RP" Family: As a Riverton Parke parent, I see the faces of our kids every time I look at that road. This isn't just about asphalt; it's about making sure no other family has to endure what Chase's family has. What you can do: If you see a candidate out campaigning for the May primary, ask them one question: "What is your specific plan to make SR 163 safer?" We aren't just a "request" anymore we are becoming a movement. Thank you for staying in this fight with us. You all are greatly appreciated. #GuardrailsForChase #SafetyForSR163 #RPStrong #Onecommunity
