Petition updateJustice for Chad Vincent Fry: Why This Case Demands ReviewCOURT UPDATE: CHAD’S CASE IS MOVING FORWARD 🚨

We have an important update in Chad Fry’s case and this is a real step forward. On March 18, 2026, the court issued an order requiring the Commonwealth (prosecution) to respond to Chad’s filing within 60 days. 📄 This means the judge did NOT dismiss the motion. Instead, the court is requiring the prosecution to review Chad’s claims and formally respond. 👉 Most filings like this are denied immediately this one wasn’t. Why this matters Chad’s appeal was never properly completed not because he gave up, but because of failures in the process and lack of communication from counsel. He has been trying to get answers and pursue his rights. Now, the court is taking the next step to review what happened. What happens next The prosecution has until mid-May 2026 to respond. After that, the court will decide whether Chad will be granted further review and access to critical evidence. We need your help RIGHT NOW This moment matters. The more visibility this case has: - The harder it is to ignore - The more accountability there is 👉 Please help us: 1. Share this update 2. Send the petition to at least 3 people 3. Help us reach the next goal: __500__signatures We are not stopping. #JusticeForChadFry
