Recently, Chad’s physical therapist confirmed that his lack of progress is not due to unwillingness or lack of effort — it’s because he is being denied medically necessary treatment and equipment. He has been recommended both a walker and a wheelchair depending on distance, but facility policy only allows one device. This restriction is directly impacting his recovery and causing further physical deterioration. No one should be forced to suffer because of policy over proper medical care.
