This week, I officially filed an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records after the State Police denied access to Chad’s 2017 interrogation records. These records should have been available, especially now that the case is long closed. Their refusal to release them raises even more questions about what really happened during that interrogation. The appeal — Leeann Barnett v. Pennsylvania State Police (Docket AP 2025-3599) — is now active and being reviewed by an Appeals Officer. This is a major step forward in uncovering the truth that has been hidden for years. Your signatures and support are what got us to this point.
