I just completely rewrote Chad’s petition to make it clearer, stronger, and easier for people to understand exactly what went wrong in his case.

The original version didn’t fully highlight the most serious failures like the fact that there was no evidence, his appeal was abandoned, and his PCRA was denied without a hearing, even though three lawyers withdrew and major inconsistencies were never investigated.

The new version lays out the errors in plain language so anyone reading it can immediately see why Chad deserves a full review.
