Who Cares ? Who Safeguards ? No-one

Police are there to PROTECT AND SERVE  - but they do not!

My daughter was taken to a supposed "Place of Safety* where she was further abused by the same Perthyn carers namely Stacey Duggan and Nicola Evans whom Dyfed Powys Police and Carmarthenshire County Council used as sole communicators .

Although completely untrained they were believed against me, the  only one who had taught her and was ever able to do this (not even her father) yet in 3 weeks , they were experts (it took me 19 years)

Now there are written admissions that no-one was able to communicate with her and that these untrained carers were used as first witness and communicators by the Police yet the CPS and Chief Constable refuse to take any action along with Carmarthenshire County Council .

Where is the Justice ?
