Hello,
Thank you for contacting Clayton County Animal Control.
You've contacted the rescue coordinators for CCAC. First, we have had zero say, effort, or any involvement regarding what happened to the animal you're inquiring about, as that is out of rescue coordinators' hands completely.
Second, please refer to the post that has been posted to our Facebook page since February 17th. Thank you:
*The deadline for rescue pulls and adoptions is 4 PM!
**For the sake of safety, we will not release the animal(s) to individuals who don’t have a means of transporting properly (i.e. kennel, cages, carriers, etc.), inside their vehicle.
***PLEASE NOTE: If the animal you're inquiring about has been pre-vetted by our vet staff, additional fees may apply! Pre-vetted animals must be pulled the same day the hold is placed! **
Thank you for your consideration. 🙂
ATTENTION: Microchips are required for all animals pulled by rescue groups. A $10 fee will apply at the time of pick up unless the animal has not yet been chipped and the rescue provides their own microchip. If the chip is provided, our staff will implant the chip before the animal leaves free of charge.
All staff members listed below must be included on the email to ensure it’s been received. We ask that you please allow time for our staff to confirm an animal's availability or any holds.
