Candle Vigil For Baby Alex - 2nd Anniversary

On 30 July 2026, my wife and I held a small memorial event, "Candle for Baby Alex," at Eastwood Station at 7:00 pm. This marked the second anniversary of the day we lost our beloved baby, Alex.
Although it was a bitterly cold winter evening, with the temperature around 9°C, many passengers and complete strangers stopped to listen to our heartbreaking story. Some offered us kind words, some gave us a warm hug, and many encouraged us to stay strong. Several people even promised to share our story with their family, friends, and communities so that more people would become aware of what happened.
To everyone who stopped to listen, comforted us, or simply stood with us for a moment—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness brought warmth to us on one of the coldest nights of the year. It reminded us that compassion still exists, even among strangers.
We hope that by sharing Alex's story, more people will understand our journey, remember our precious baby, and help spread awareness. Every conversation, every share, and every act of kindness means more to us than words can express.
Thank you for standing with us. #CandleForBabyAlex
