Our battle for Axle, Kobe, Whitey, Mingming and Snoopy isn't over. 

In recent days, reports of further animal cruelty have surfaced. A beloved aspin was killed after being repeatedly shot in Candon City, Ilocos Sur. Just yesterday, a pet cat was shot with an airgun in Tabuk, Kalinga.

These are not isolated incidents. They reflect a continuing pattern of cruelty and a system that too often fails to prevent harm or hold offenders accountable.

Animals depend entirely on people for their safety. When violence against them goes unanswered, it sends a dangerous message that their lives do not matter. This petition exists to challenge that message and to call for stronger enforcement of animal-welfare laws, clearer accountability, and real consequences for cruelty.

Justice delayed is justice denied, not only for Axel, but for every animal harmed when cruelty is ignored.
