Hi all. Just wanted to provide a quick update to anyone who is not aware. Catrinas has permanently closed. This is a victory for our neighborhood and Brooklyn at large. We love our local businesses, but we will not tolerate a business that poses a danger to our neighbors and loved ones. I want to thank each and every person who signed this petition and shared it with others. As Coretta Scott King once said, "The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members." And all of you have shown nothing but compassion, concern, and support after this tragedy. Anthony may not be with us physically, but his memory will live on forever in all the souls he touched. His memory was not forgotten by the massive number of you who signed this petition and advocated on his behalf. And I am forever appreciative of that. I will be closing this petition and declaring it a victory. Again, thank you everyone. I wish you nothing but peace, prosperity, and happiness. -Andrew
