Just as Kolkata Highcourt and Supreme court has taken action in Doctors Rape and brutal murder case of Kolkata Bengal .

Ankita bhandari case was also just like this but state govt of Uttarakhand had done nothing to solve this case promptly but either was engaged in demolishing the evidences .

We the comman citizens of uttarakhand are asking for a CBI inquiry for this case since more then a year but no either govt or judiciary is taking any action .
