On January 18, 2024, I accompanied my daughter, Amanda P. Rodriguez, to Rhode Island, where she gave her statement at the East Providence Police Department on the sexual abuse she suffered as a child by her biological father Ed Mace, and his parents— her grandparents. 

At this time the matter is being looked at by the East Providence Police Dep., the Detective’s Division and by the Office of Attorney General Peter F. Neronha. 

It is our hope the matter is throughly investigated and brought to court.
