I've continued to email Mr. Buser with no success. 

I am planning a protest outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse, to demand Mr. Buser does his job and files charges against my daughter's abuser, Destiny Myers! 

IT SHOULDN'T HURT TO BE A CHILD, AND IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET JUSTICE FOR A CHILD THAT WAS CATASTROPHICALLY HURT.
