We've just been made aware that the Brooklyn Democratic party leaders are voting TOMORROW for open Supreme Court seats.

Mr. Cortez has been in front of Judge Aragona's Guardianship Court since January. She has been working very hard to undue the unjust and negligent foreclosure sale by Wells Fargo.

Judge Maria Aragona is the best judge Mr. Cortez has dealt with so far, bar none.

Judge Aragona listens to all sides attentively. She is a fair, respectful, patient judge who tries to work with everyone in order to reach the best possible outcomes. 

Mr. Cortez has had the unfortunate luck of being before some judges who are the exact opposite of Judge Aragona, which is to say they express condescension, impatience and rudeness in their courtrooms (I'd say we've all been there).

We're hoping the Brooklyn Democratic party leaders choose Judge Aragona for this very important seat. We need more judges like her in our courts. Having someone like her listen to cases eases the stress, anxiety and pain people go through when situations like these arise.
