The NY1 interview is being NOT being aired tonight. The reporter assigned is working on new information obtained. The segment will be aired as soon as possible.

There will be a petition drive being held this Saturday and Sunday at the Community Garden across from Mr. Cortez' home starting at 10a. If you're in the area please stop by to show your support. All these petitions are being presented to Councilwoman Shahana Hanif, State District Attorney Letitia James and other elected officials. We're requesting the eviction be stopped but also that the original fraud case be reopened and reheard so justice may prevail.
