We ask the Justice department of the United States and the Attorney General to hold New York Animal Control Shelters and their employees and any rescues who have aided and abetted them in their cruel practices, sabotaging of rescues and adoptions, unnecessary euthanizations, conflict of interests allowing rescues to approve or deny rescues and adoptions, and various acts of all out cruelty and neglect of animals in their care which is now a class D Felony in this country in all 50 states. We ask that all shelter directors, administrators and veterinarians immediately be removed and indicted. We ask that any employees and anyone involved in any decision making whether a direct employee or a member of rescue acting on their authority be investigated to determine if they are complcit in the crimes that those of us who are trying to save animals have been forced to  to watch helplessly for so long. We ask that you show no mercy and prosecute them within the highest parameters of the law. We ask they never be alliowed to work with or adopt any animal anytime in the future. We ask they be placed in a nationwide data base like sex offenders so their lives are as worthless as the animals they mistreated and discarded. We also ask that a new system of accountability be put in place and checks and balances so,  that this cabal and travesty against humanity cannot gain power and exist in the future, here or at any other shelters in this country. We ask going forward that all shelters in the United States be examined under the same microscope and the same actions be taken against them.
