The facts:
On December 18th 2017 Robby found himself fearing for his life while staring down the barrel of a firearm held by a person he cared about that was in the middle of an emotional crisis. Just weeks prior, this person lost a child, and 2 days prior, threatened their own suicide.  This was not the first time, Robby, found himself in this situation with this individual. In an attempt to protect himself, unfortunately, the individual was injured.  Immediately following the injury, Robby, disarmed the individual, administered first aid and the authorities were notified of the situation. He was ultimately charged with a crime, and then later excessively sentenced outside the sentencing guidelines set by the state of Virginia.
