We have received the autopsy report, we are still waiting on the AB Justice Minister and Solicitor General to “process” our foip application for documents from ERC. There are discrepancies between what I was told from ERC stating AHS found TJ. AHS records and ME stated that the guards found TJ. They both state TJ was found hanging from a desk/table in a seated position. We have questions about how this would be physically possible to do to oneself and again why no one was around him. Why was he in a cell alone when they knew he was struggling mentally. There are many notes in his medical chart where he’s stated he had depression / anxiety and needed to see a psychiatrist and he wanted his bipolar medication/ addiction medication. We have in his writing he wanted to function in society again that he was scared to get out and die, he didn’t want to die. He wasn’t even put on the list for Suboxone consideration until Jan 5 he arrived there Sept 4 and died Jan 11. He believed he was on the list the whole time.
