

The District Attorneys and Judge Savage withdrew their motion to strike the record filled by the Oklahoma Innocent Project to address the original merits on the case and not about being over the filing max page limit of 20 but the evidence of Joshua Christon which was Withheld over 18 years ago with a STICKY NOTE on a file that literally says "NOT GIVEN IN DISCOVERY"
It has been over 30 days as the Oklahoma Innocent Project walts for a response from the District Attorney office to address this miscarriage of Justice afflicted on Joshua Christon and his family.
