Rev. Mareo Johnson holds press conference for Joshua Christon 'Honor Roll Student' commutation hearing

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —

Reverend Mareo Johnson held a press conference on Oct. 31 to discuss the upcoming commutation hearing for a man he believes was wrongfully convicted.

Joshua Christon, a former Honor Roll Student, and current minister and paralegal, is set to go before the Board of Pardon and Parole for a vote for the next phase in his commutation hearing on Nov. 6.
