My father and many like him suffer with the urgent need for the toilet due to bowel/bladder issues which are known disabilities!!

Many times the "just can't wait" cards are issued because they really can't wait and need to go ASAP, although it states many retailers accept them my father along with others have had very embarrassing and stressful situations where the cards have been refused, which sadly has resulted in them soiling themselves

Can you imagine how embarassing this is for you if you soiled yourself in the middle of  store, all because you weren't helped with a DISABILITY? Well to me personally I find that discriminating!

My father personally has had comments like "well if he's that bad why does he bother coming out" from store members but NO ONE SHOULD BE A PRISONER IN THEIR OWN HOME, they have lives and they try to live them lives the best they can.

I feel the just can't wait card should now be a part of the disability act meaning if a disabled person issues that card in an establishment they should be allowed to use the toilet, after all we have HUMAN RIGHTS, they didn't choose to have these disabilities that causes these issues but we sure can help them.the best we can.

Our aim is to not only raise awareness and educate employers etc but to get people to share and sign the petition so we can get it apart of the act and protect those with disabilities.
