"The Judicial Conduct Commission (JCC) is the only entity authorized under the Kentucky Constitution to take disciplinary action against a sitting Kentucky judge. The Commission investigates, reviews complaints against judges, and conducts hearings regarding the alleged misconduct where evidence is presented" (ky.courts.gov). 

Judge Julie Hawes Gordon has failed not only my family but a lot of others. she has put kids in an unsafe environment when they have expressed to her that they do not feel safe there. We believe that Julie Hawes Gordon has abused and continues to abuse her position as a Daviess County Family court Judge. Numerous complaints have been filed against her and there is a lot of families that leave her courtroom with no justice and very hopeless.
